Drei Lieder

Song Cycle by Robert Kahn (1865 - 1951)

1. Hinter den Tannen  [sung text not yet checked]

Language: German (Deutsch)
Sonnenschein auf grünem Rasen,
Krokus drinnen blau und blaß;
Und zwei Mädchenhände tauchen
Blumen pflückend in das Gras.

Und ein Junge kniet daneben,
Gar ein übermütig Blut,
Und sie schaun sich an und lachen -
O wie kenn ich sie so gut!

Hinter jenen Tannen war es,
Jene Wiese schließt es ein -
Schöne Zeit der Blumensträuße,
Stiller Sommersonnenschein!

Text Authorship:

  • by Theodor Storm (1817 - 1888), "Hinter den Tannen"
