Einen Gruß nur will ich senden 
Leise zu Dir noch empor, 
Muß mein Sehnen auch verhallen 
In dem nächt'gen Nebelflor. 

Nun schütz' Gott Dein süßes Leben, 
Englein mögen Dich umschweben!
