Mühlen still die Flügel drehn, Über Stoppeln pfeift der Wind. Arme Hütten im Grunde stehn, Fensterlein sind schmal und blind. Bald da kommt ein Sonnenschein, Blickt so lustig wie er kann. Mühlen, Feld und Fensterlein Fangen flugs zu lachen an. Dürftig Herz, so bist du ganz, Blöd und blind bei Tag und Nacht. Bis ein holder Liebesglanz Dich unsäglich fröhlich macht.
