Kein Herz ist so enge

The text above comes from Der arme Teufel, dritter Jahrgang, ed. by Robert Reitzel, Detroit: page 204, issue no. 26, dated Samstag, den 28. Mai 1887. No author is given in this edition, which shows a quotation of the lyrics to a song by an unnamed composer with no other sources indicated. The publisher Rob. Forberg in Leipzig indicates the Isenmann setting's text author as "H. Francke", and does not give an incipit.
