Meine Sterne
Language: German (Deutsch)
Wie ist der Himmel blau und schön,
Wie glänzt da Stern an Stern!
Doch Sternenheer und Himmelsplan
Sie sind mir gar zu fern!
Ich will ja nicht so hoch hinaus,
Nicht über's Erdensein --
Es grüßet mich ein Sternenzelt
Aus Deinen Äugelein!

Blickt man in sternenvoller Nacht
Vereinsamt himmelwärts,
Senkt sich der Frieden wunderbar
Hinein in's Menschenherz.
Mein Himmel ruht im Erdenthal,
Da schau ich oft hinein,
Und Ruh' und Frieden strömt auf mich
Aus Deinen Äugelein!
