mit dem Ganzen fest verknüpft; geht ein Teil verloren, wird das Ganze ärmer, 
so, als wenn das Meer das Küstenland verschlänge, oder einen Landsitz, der dem 
Freund, der dir gehört; jeder Tod ist mein Verlust, bin ich doch 
mit Allem fest verknüpft; verlange darum nie zu wissen, 
wem die Totenglocke schlägt, läutet sie doch dir.
