   Frau Wirthin, euer Töchterlein,
Das ist so hübsch und singt so fein.
Und, wenn es könnt' mein eigen sein,
So möcht' ich bei euch bleiben.
 
   Wär' nur nicht dieses lust'ge Blut,
Wär' nur nicht dieser trotz'ge Muth!
Das thut nicht gut,  ...  --
Muß wie die Wolke treiben.
 
   So schön wir auch beisammen sind,
Muß weiter, kann nur, holdes Kind,
Ein herzliches Ade geschwind
Dir auf die Lippen schreiben.
