Frühlingslied
(Sung text for setting by L. Greger)
 Matches base text
Language: German (Deutsch)
Frühling wird es wieder,
wenn am Wiesensaum
all die kleinen Bächlein
fangen an zu tau'n;
wenn der kleinen Meise
zager Sang erschallt,
ihre liebe, frohe Weise
durch die Täler hallt!

Frühling wird es wieder,
wenn der Tauwind weht
und der Sonne Strahlen
durch die Täler geht,
wenn die kleine Knospe
an dem Strauche schwillt,
und ihr zartes Blätterherzchen
langsam sich enthüllt!

Frühling wird es wieder,
wenn im Herzen d'rin
sonnenwarm entfaltet
sich der heit're Sinn,
wenn die frohe Seele
jauchzend, lichtumblaut,
ihre schönen frohen Träume
in den Himmel baut!
