Wie leuchtet doch der blaue Glanz
Auf goldnem Grund so klar!

Der blaue Kranz ist meine Lust;
Er sagt mir stets auf's neu,
Wohl keine sei in tiefster Brust
Wie du, mein Kind, so treu.

Auch mahnt sein Himmelblau zugleich
Mich heimlich süßer Art,
Daß mir ein ganzes Himmelreich
In deiner Liebe ward.
