Una vella, vella,

a la mà el mitjó,
surt a la finestra,
guaita l’horitzó.
I com cada dia
en instant parell,
la vella gemega,
pregant pel donzell
que a tretze anys l’aimava.
Tretze anys! Si era ahir!
