Das kleine Lied
Language: German (Deutsch)
Ein kleines, heit'res Lied bin ich,
ich zieh' durch die Lüfte und träume.
Komm, mein Poet, und finde mich
und bringe mich in Reime.

Dann nimm mich, lieber Musikant,
und, dass deine Kunst mich verschöne,
web' mir ein freundlich schlicht Gewand
und kleide mich in Töne.

Und nun, du sangesfrohe Brust,
nun lass mich lieblich erklingen
und singe mich herzlich, denn du musst
mich in die Herzen singen!
