by Aleksey Fyodorovich Merzlyakov (1778 - 1830)

Černobrovyj, černoglazyj
Language: Russian (Русский)
Černobrovyj, černoglazyj
Molodec udalyj
Vložil mysli v moë serdce,
Zažeg retivoe!

Nel'zja solncu byt' cholodnym,
Svetlomu pogasnut';
Nel'zja serdcu žit' na svete
I ne žit' ljubov'ju!

Dlja togo li solnce greet,
Čtoby travke vjanut'?
Dlja togo li serdce ljubit,
Čtoby gore mykat'?

Net, ne dam zlodejke skuke
Retivogo serdca!
Poleču k ljubeznu drugu
Osenneju ptaškoj.

Pokažu emu platoček,
Ego že podarok, -
Sosčitaj gorjuči slëzy
Na alom platočke,
Issuši gorjuči slëzy
Na beloj ty grudi,
Ili sladkimi ich sdelaj,
Smešav so svoimi...

Voet syr-bor za goroju,
Metelica v pole;
Vstala v'juga, nepogoda,
Zapala doroga.

Ostavajsja, bedna ptička,
Zapertaja v kletke!
Ne otvoriš' ty slezami
Otečeskij terem;
Ne uvidiš' dorogogo,
Ni prežnego sčast'ja!
Ne chodit' by krasnoj devke
Vdol' po lugu-lugu;
Ne iskat' bylo glazami
Prigožich, udalych!

Ne ljubit' by krasnoj devke
Molodogo parnja;
Pobereč' by krasnoj devke
Svoë nežno serdce!
