Vela dell’Adria rossa e gialla a mare
che costeggiò bordando la riviera
e le tue mani son coppa leggera
profumata con alghe del tuo mare!

Le mani tue che hanno vene di cielo
con un color di perla di medusa
e sono gigli e fiori d’asfodelo,
serran l’anima mia ch’è una reclusa,
fra tanto mare e fra cotanto cielo
siccome l’onda verde la medusa.
