Da schlendr' ich so die Welt hinein, Und weiß oft selbst nicht wie; Doch geh's wie's woll -- ich geb' mich drein, Dem Schöpfer murr' ich nie. Hab immer doch der Freuden viel, -- Manch' Früchtchen steht am Weg', Dies stärkt mich bis zum Reiseziel: Wer's nicht geneust, ist träg. Auch pflück' ich mir manch' Blümchen ab: Zuletzt gibt's doch ein'n Strauß; Und welkt er gleich mit mir am Grab -- Ha, Leiden gehn auch aus!
