by Iben Nielsen (1878 - 1922)

Stævnemøde
Language: Danish (Dansk)
Solnedgangens Roser gløde
ude paa de gamle Mure,
tegne i det blaa og bløde
Vand en gylden Glitterfure.

Alt, som aander, elske maa —
Vinden bøjer Straa mod Straa,
Bien drikker salig Lyst
af et vaarfint Blomsterbryst.

Fugle deres Reder dune —
Og jeg ved, jeg En skal møde
i den lange Vaardags lune,
duftopfyldte Aftenrøde.

Confirmed with Iben Nielsen, Digte og Vers, Brdr. Salmonson, Copenhagen, 1899, page 28.
