Cäcilien‑Walzer
Language: German (Deutsch)
Hörst du? Der Saiten Ton
rufet zum Tanz uns schon,
tralala, juchhei!
Alle herbei!
Auf, fliegt hin und her,
links und rechts, kreuz und quer,
juchheißa, hopsasa,
tralalala.

Kann es wohl was Schön'res geben,
als im Walzer hinzuschweben,
selig hin und her zu fliegen
durch der Reihen dichten Schwarm.
Immer fort, mein süßes Leben,
lass im Tanz uns lustig schweben,
immer fort, nur froh und munter!
Denn ach, die Jugendzeit
flieget gar bald vorbei,
drum lasst uns tanzen,
juchheiße, juchhei!

Liebliches Wiegen,
Biegen und Schmiegen,
Wogen und Weben,
Schmachten und Beben,
Lachen und Springen,
Jubeln und Singen.
O wär' es immer so,
wie wären wir alle froh!
