Tungalda
Language: Norwegian (Bokmål)
Tungalda stig paa det store hav,
langt burte fraa folk og land,
og himmelljosi dei straar hennar barm
med brikjande sylgjebrand.
Lurer dei vonde augo.

Ho rullar og mullar sin sorgtunge song,
og blaanatti speglar seg av.
Med bredande bôgar av kvite segl
stig soli or morgonhav.
Lurer dei vonde augo.

Og segle mitt rider paa baarerygg
og ter baade bratt og flatt;
men under meg glorar dei glöypande troll
og gapar den evige natt.

Storstormen vaknar, og havnatti raar,
og aukar med rôk og fôk.
Alle trolli, no flotnar dei upp;
for no er det Ragnarôk.
Lurer dei vonde augo.
