by Johann Nepomuk Vogl (1802 - 1866)

Erkenntnis
Language: German (Deutsch)
Sie horchte euch, ihr Töne,
in unbelauschter Schöne
voll süßer Träumerei'n;
wie schwand da mein Betrüben,
wie wähnt' ich schon hier üben
ein Glücklicher zu sein!

Da schlossen ihre Hände,
bevor ihr noch zu Ende,
auch schon das Fensterlein;
da schwiegt auch ihr gar balde,
da war ich nun im Walde
mit meinem Schmerz allein.
