Ma richesse, c’est la feuillée
Qu’argentent les pleurs du matin,
C’est le beau soir dans la vallée,
Dorant l’azur d’un ciel serein ;

Ma richesse, c’est l’eau qui chante,
À l’abri frais des bleus lilas ;
C’est l’oiseau dont la voix enchante
Et qui s’effraie, au bruit des pas.

Mais, plus que la feuille légère,
Plus que les parfums du matin,
Plus que la flamme passagère
Du soir brillant au ciel serein,

Plus que le repos sur la mousse,
Plus que les chants harmonieux,
Ma richesse, c’est ta voix douce,
C’est ton regard, rayon des cieux.
