Gut und guter Dinge Füg' ich mich ins Ganze, Wenn man singt, ich singe, Wenn man tanzt, ich tanze. Herz, und Geist verein ich Für der Freundschaft Sache, Wenn ihr weint, so wein' ich, Lacht ihr gern, ich lache. Freudig unterschreib'ich: "Was ihr wollt, geschehe!" Wollt ihr bleiben, bleib' ich, Wollt ihr geh'n, ich gehe. Pythias, so heiß' ich, Folgsam Damons Winke, Reist ihr gern, so reis' ich, Trinkt ihr gern, ich trinke. Aller Gunst erziel' ich Wohl in gleichem Maße, Wollt ihr spielen, spiel' ich, Wollt ihr Spaß, ich spaße. Was ihr wollt, das will ich, Der Getreue, Brave, Wollt ihr wachen, wach' ich, Schlaft ihr gern, ich schlafe.
