La mer qui chante a la voix douce. 
Hou.... Hou... Chant de mer, chant d'amour ! 
Ohé ! les gars à qui le tour ? 
« Viens, petit Breton, fais-toi mousse ! 

« Je suis Celle qui vit encor 
Au palais bleu de la légende. 
C'est moi la reine qui commande 
Sur Ker-Is et sur Occismor. 

« Petit Breton, descends aux grèves ! 
Les beaux pays que tu verras, 
Quand je t'aurai pris en mes bras !... 
Je mène au jardin des grands rêves. 

« C'est la vérité que je dis, 
Petit Breton, écoute, écoute ! 
Du paradis je sais la route, 
C'est moi qui mène en paradis ! » 

Et petit Breton se fait mousse, 
Petit Breton court bord sur bord.
Hou !.. Hou !.. Chant de mer, chant de mort !..
