by Johann Wilhelm Ludwig Gleim (1719 - 1803)

Mittel, freundlich zu werden
Language: German (Deutsch)
Mein Vater küsst die Mutter,
die Mutter küsst den Vater;
und wenn sie beide küssen,
so sind sie beide freundlich.
Wie oft sagt meine Mutter:
„Mein Wilhelm, werde freundlich!“
Nun will ich es schon werden,
denn unsers Nachbars Tochter
lässt sich recht gerne küssen.
