by Anton Renk (1871 - 1906)

Frühling und Liebe
Language: German (Deutsch)
Die Vögel singen in den Zweigen,
Der Kirschbaum läßt die Blüten weh'n
Und lässt die Zweige niederneigen,
Daß keine fremden Augen sehn,
Wo hinter seinem Silberschweigen
Zwei hochbeglückte Menschen gehn

Bald Hand in Hand, bald Mund an Munde,
Bald wieder selig Blick in Blick.
Der Vögelsang gibt leise Kunde,
Als bögen Büsche sich zurück -
O seht nicht hin … ihr kennt die Stunde,
Wenn durch den Frühling geht das Glück.
