Franciskus' vårsång

Nu rinna de glada strömmarna ned
igenom grönskande lider.
Nu stiga vi upp, nu sjunga vi med
i vårens signade tider.
Det blir till en glädje för själ och sinn
att gå över blommande ängar,
när solstrålar falla i själen in
och skimra som gyllene strängar.
När luften är full av fåglarnas ljud
och det blommar i dalar och lider,
då stige vi upp och tacke dig Gud
för vårens signade tider.
