by Josef Weinheber (1892 - 1945)

Laß den Mund
Language: German (Deutsch)
Laß den Mund, laß die Hand!
Eis die Stund, starr die Wand,
Øl und Docht verbrannt.

Plante dich tief und groß.
O wie rief mich dein Schoß!
Log die Lust? Log der Kuß?
Daß ich so schwer sein muß!

Liebesmahl, Brot ein Gran,
iß davon, stirb daran,
eh der Tod auch vertan.

Geh und schweig!
Mich beraubt längst dein Schoß,
dich mein Haupt.
Eil, eil und blick nicht zurück!
Rette mich! Rette dich!
