Nocturne
Language: English
I think of all the women that lie awake at night, Remembering a love that bloomed in the new moon's light, Remembering the glamour of love that would not stay, They watch the stars scatter and the dawn come grey. But most of all I pity the ones whose hearts must ache With memories of kisses they dared not take.
