by Carl Bohm (1844 - 1920)

Schwarzwaldblümchen
Language: German (Deutsch)
Kam ein Maler einst bei Trieberg
in die Schenke müd' hinein,
hurtig bracht' die schöne Wirthin
Brod und edlen Nectarwein.

Setzte sich ihm gegenüber,
schnell er ihre Hand erfaßt,
"Du bist mir bei weitem lieber
als der Wein, das Brod, die Rast.

Deiner Augen feurig blitzen,
dieser kühngeschwung'ne Mund,
deines Armes stolze Haltung
thun das Ideal mir kund."

Sie erwidert: "Hasch kein' Ursach,
daß du so begeischtert bischt,
hab' vorhin erscht grad' so einem
eins gehörig ausgewischt."
