Lilla ver la foresta
s'incamina festosa,
dolente intanto resta
ogni anima amorosa
Oh vaghezza insensata?
Da la Reggia del cor passa a le selve
lascia gli amanti e va a trovar le belve.

Lieto l'attende il colle,
per fiorir all' arrivo;
per mirarla s'estolle
l'elce, il faggio, e l'olivo;
La frondosa famiglia
tutta gioisce, e riverente cole
fatto rustico il ciel, selvaggio il Sole.

Amanti non curiamo
gli allontanati rai,
per cui spesso versiamo
pianti, sospiri, e lai,
stiasi Lilla fra glebe,
che lice a una bellezza aspra, ed alpina
stanza selvaggia, e compagnia Ferina.
