Jag har nätet i vilket alla fiskar gå. 
Saligt häver sig fiskerskans lugna bröst 
då hon drager till sig den silverne last. 
Jordens rikedom lyfter jag upp på mina axlar. 
Jag bär er, jag bär er till en sagodamm. 
Uppe på stranden står en fiskare med gyllene metspö. 
Det finnes någonstädes gudar bakom de tätaste skogarna, 
vi irrande människobarn vilja ingen annanstädes än dit. 
Upp att söka framtidens flammande sol bortom skogen.
