by Julius Wolff (1834 - 1910)

Ratten und Mäuse
Language: German (Deutsch)
Nommt aus den Löchelchen,
Mäuschen, heraus!
Krümel und Knöchelchen
Kriegt ihr zum Schmaus.
Wie ich euch liebe,
Näscher und Diebe,
Niedliche Grauchen,
Männchen und Frauchen!
Naget euch, waget euch
Hurtig heraus!
Jaget euch, traget euch
Zucker ins Haus!

Ratten, ihr huschigen,
Höret ihr nicht?
Kommt aus den buschigen
Winkeln ans Licht!
Schnuppert und schlecket,
Was ihr entdecket,
Speck oder Butter,
Leckeres Futter.
Dränget euch, zwänget euch
Durch das Stacket,
Länget euch, hänget euch
Schwelgend ans Fett!

Schlüpfet und hüpfet, ihr graulichen Schaaren,
Kommt aus Gerüsten und Höhlen gefahren,
Rucket und zucket hervor und heraus,
Alles, was Schwänze hat, Ratz oder Maus!
