In jedes Liedchen will ich hauchen
Language: German (Deutsch)
In jedes Liedchen will ich hauchen
endloser Liebe tiefe Glut,
in deine Schönheit will ich's tauchen
in meiner Liebe heiße Flut.
Von Blum' zu Blume soll es schweben,
von Engeln soll's getragen sein,
auf jedem Mondesstrahle beben,
bis hin zu dir, Feinsliebchen mein.

Wenn dann, bekränzt mit duft'gen Blumen,
ein Engel flehend vor dir kniet,
der Mond aus seinem Heiligtume
nach deinem Kämmerlein entflieht,
dann nimm sie hin, die kleinen Lieder,
die dir mein sprudelnd Herz geweiht,
und unterdessen träum' ich wieder
von neuer Liebe Seligkeit.
