O Lerche, nimm mein leidvoll Herz Auf deine leichten Flügel, Und trag' es hoch, und trag' es weit Wol über Thal und Hügel. Und halt' es hin dem Sonnenstrahl, Und halt' es hin den Lüften, Daß seine Rosen wiederum, Die welken, blüh'n und düften.
