Ein Tag wie hundert andre auch -- Und doch liegts wie ein leiser Hauch Darüber. Der Herrgott geht im Sonnenschein An meinem Mädchenkämmerlein Vorüber. Ich sinke auf die Dielen hin, Ist mir ein Beten tief im Sinn Gelegen: "Herr, Einer ist, dem bin ich gut -- Führ' du, was heimlich in mir ruht, Zum Segen!"
