Talvi on tullut
Language: Finnish (Suomi)
Talvi on jälleen tullut –

Jos olisin nuori,
kenties laulaisin
maan mustasta maljasta,
täynnä lumikukkien viileyttä,
kenties tähtien kaste
kimaltaisi lauluni yönsinisellä niityllä.

Mutta paleltuneet ovat nuoruuteni laulut.
Lauluni on köyhä ja uupunut,
kuin vaimo,
joka kyhmyisin, sinistynein käsin
poimii risuja
hataran majansa tuleen.

Kierrän niukan leipäni rataa,
kalseaa kuin vankilan piha.
Aistini, ajatukseni ovat karheat työstä.

Talvi on tullut,
hädän kiristäjä,
puutteen lasten viimaruoskainen kiduttaja.
Mutta pihlajat loimuavat
kuin viestiroviot.
