Erschallet auch mit uns, ihr frohe Seraphim!
Bedecket das Gesicht, verhüllet eure Füße;
Wir schmecken recht vergnügt bei Gott das Himmelsüße;
Empfangt von uns den Schall
Und gebet Widerhall:
Heilig, heilig, heilig,
Du Herrscher Zebaoth!
Du bist der hohe Gott,
Dein Ruhm läuft schnell und eilig.

Gott Vater ist im Sohn, hochheilig für und für;
Gott Sohn im Vater ist, hochheilig gleicher Zier; 
Hochheilig ist der Geist im Vater und im Sohne; 
Du heiliges Dreieins, in deinem Himmelsthrone, 
Wir loben, preisen dich
Und rühmen ewiglich:

Du Herrscher Zebaoth!
Du bist der wahre Gott,
Das Land ruft heilig, [h]eilig.

You ruler Sabaoth!
You are the [most] high God,
Your renown runs swiftly and hurriedly.

God [the] Father is in the Son, most holy forever and ever;
God [the] Son in the Father is, same most holy, [perfect] example;
Most holy is the Spirit in the Father and in the Son;
You Holy Trinity, in your heavenly throne,
We exalt [and] praise you
And boast eternally:

The land exclaims urgently, holy.

You have raised us high to heavenly glory,
We stand before your throne to give constant praise,

You are the great God,
Heaven sounds urgently [for] you.
