Tarantella
Language: Danish (Dansk)
Hvis Sorgerne vil trænge
sig som Stene på din Sti,
da gælder det at sprænge
sig en anden Vej forbi.
Men fölge de, som Hundene
forfölge Hjortens Mod,
så flygt igennem Lundene
med Vinger på din Fod!

Har Den, du gav din Kærlighed,
forrådt dit Hjertes Tro,
så læg den hele Herlighed
i Bunden af din Sko!
Slip aldrig Smerten tyngende
ind i dit unge Blod.
Nej, træd den, tramp den syngende
i Stövet for din Fod!

Og trættes du af Tvisterne,
der suse dig forbi,
og plage dig Philisterne,
nu vel, så slå dig fri!
Kan flyvefödt du kalde dig,
du ej dig fange lod,
men svinger fra dem alle dig
med Vinger på din Fod!
