Sterne mit den gold'nen Füßen
Language: German (Deutsch)
Sternlein mit den gold'nen Füßen,
wandle still und sacht
durch die laue Sommernacht
in das Tal zu meiner Süßen
und, wenn sie noch wacht,
sag, ich lass' sie innig grüßen.

Schlummert sie bereits, so hebe
ihre Seele rein
in des Traumes Wonne ein,
lass sie selig sein und webe
auch mein Bild mit ein,
dass es sie im Traum umschwebe.
