Die Mühl'

Mei' Vater sagt, da moanst ja do'
Der Teufi hot sei' Gschpiel,
Was steckst ma' denn jetz' alli Tag'
Da drunt'n in der Mühl?!

Mei' Muatter sagt, des Klappern da,
Dees freut di' do' nit viel,
Bei'n Spinna magst koa Radl hör'n,
Und alleweil in der Mühl!

Mei Bruada sagt, in Summa ja,
Da is's da drinn schö' kühl,
In Winter aber woaß i' nit,
Was thuast denn in der Mühl?

Mei' Schwester sagt, i' kenn' mi' aus,
I woaß scho', was er will,
Es is halt's 'Bier bei'n Müller guat,
Drum sitzt er in der Mühl. –

Und i' sag' nix, koa Wörtl nit,
I' bi' gar mäuslstill,
Schau, wegn der schön'n Müllerinn
Geh' i' so gern in d' Mühl.
