Die Liebe hat sie aufgetan!
Sie wollen teilen Lust und Schmerzen
Und wandeln eine Lebensbahn!
Die Liebe selbst ist schon ein Beten!
Ihr Jauchzen kehrt im Himmel ein!
Sieh selig dann sie vor Dich treten
Am Quell der Liebe sich zu weih'n!

Sie stehen bis zum Grab Dir offen;
So öffne Du Dich ihnen auch!
Laß lieblich auf ihr glühend Hoffen
Hinsäuseln Deines Friedens Hauch!
So laß zu ihren goldnen Stunden
Sie legen hier den besten Grund.
Denn was der Himmel hat verbunden
Das ist und bleibt ein starker Bund!
