... A vezmi ruku mou a pobídni mne v chvat,
můj trinci: vyjděme rychle a kradí.
Ať zrak náš o mrtvoly nezavadí;
ať nezřím to, co plálo a co jsem miloval,
stydnout a vychládat.
Časněji zemřít než druzí, odejí včas,
v tom věecko vždycky je, v tom věecko je ...
Kdo víno pil, ať nikdy se netkne patoků,
přezírá pomyje, kdo víno pil!
Já na Olympu seděl, žil s bohy při kvasu,
ret smáčel v nektaru, já bil se o krásu;
mne mezi vepře neklaď, ni hadry, ěpínu, pastuchy:
Veliký, ó, Stozářný, ó, Stoduchý! Stoduchý!
