's Spätzli
Language: Swiss German (Schwizerdütsch)
Schätzeli, mys Schätzeli!
Gschau, dert flüügt es Spätzeli,
Gschau, es sitzt uf's [Nachbars]1 Huus,
Lueget dert mys Gärtli uus:
Mini Ankeballe
Wend em gar nüd gfalle;
Mini Meisterlose,
Mini schöne Rose,
Mini Zinggli wyß und bla
Lueget's gar verächtli a.
Aber mit Verlange
Gseht's dert Chrieseli2 prange,
Spreitet syni Flügeli uus,
Flüügt druf zue vo's [Nachbars]1 Huus...
        (in die Hände klatschend)
Husch! husch! husch! husch! laß mir's stah,
's Schätzeli mueß die Chriesi [ha]2! (bis)
