fè nel silenzio risuonare un botto.
Torna, o mio bello! Il cielo è nero
come volesse piovere a dirotto!

Io qui seduta alla finestra accanto,
col desiderio il tuo venire affretto.
Passano l'ore, sono stanca tanto!
Mi vince il sonno, e pur fedele aspetto.

Torna! e mentre gelata in sulla via
l'acqua cadrà nel turbine improvviso,
cadrà nel caldo della stanza mia
una pioggia di baci in sul tuo viso!
