by Ramón Cabanillas Enríquez (1876 - 1959)
Translation by Anonymous / Unidentified Author

Meus irmans
Language: Spanish (Español)
Folliña murcha no vento
revoando sin parar,
eco de copra lonxana
que resoa no pinal.
Estrela tola que a tombos
pol ceo adiante vai...
¡como vos, vou polo mundo
sin saber onde iréi dar!
Raiola de sol que morre
nas verdes ágoas do mar,
xirón de brétema escura
que cobre o frolido val,
verso doente de salmo
que chora fondo penar...
¡raiola, xirón e verso,
todos sodes meus irmans!

Hojita marchita en el viento
Language: Spanish (Español)  after the Spanish (Español)
Hojita marchita en el viento
revoloteando sin parar,
eco de copla lejana
que resuena en el pinar,
estrella sola que, a tumbos,
por el cielo adelante va...
¡como vosotras voy por el mundo
sin saber dónde iré a parar!
Rayo de sol que muere
en las verdes aguas del mar,
jirón de niebla oscura
que cubre el florido valle,
verso doliente de salmo
que llora hondo penar...
¡rayo, jirón y verso
todos sois mis hermanos!
