Tag und Nacht wollt' ich es herzen, mit ihm spielen, mit ihm scherzen, Nacht und Tag in froher Lust wiegt' es sanft an meiner Brust; Wollt' es hüten über All und es küssen tausenmal; flüsterte ihm leise zu: schlumm're ein in süßer Ruh'!
