In's Leere
Language: German (Deutsch)
Ein Vogel hat am Fenster
sein Nest sich aufgebaut,
und ich hab' oft gestanden
und hab' ihm zugeschaut.

Der Vogel saß im Grünen
und sah mich so traulich an
und sang so schöne Lieder,
wie's nur ein Vogel kann.

Nun ist er fortgeflogen,
um and're zu erfreu'n,
und ich steh' da und schaue
ins leere Nest hinein.
