Und gebannt von der Erinn'rung Einer längst entschwunden Zeit Lausch' ich still dem dunklen Rauschen, Das in Nacht und Wind gestreut. Und mir war's, als hört' ich wieder Deiner Stimme Melodie -- Doch in Nebeltanz zerrinnen Träume meiner Fantasie.
