Nur heim, nur heim! ist mein Gebet! Die ihr mich draußen nicht versteht, nur heim! Doch nimmer in mein Haus, dort trug man mein Liebstes heraus. Nur heim! Sie legten in ein Grab dich, bestes Herz der Welt; dort führt mich hin, wenn ihr es wisst, wo meine Welt begraben ist. So stille sinkt ein Blatt vom Baum, wie du entschliefst, wir sahen's kaum, so stille. Selige, nimm du mich ewig heim in deine Ruh'!
