by Friedrich Güll (1812 - 1879)

Früh Morgens bin ich gern im Feld
Language: German (Deutsch)
Früh Morgens bin ich gern im Feld,
Wenn heim die Sterne gehen,
Und doch noch ruht die ganze Welt,
Und nur die Lüfte wehen.

Wenn noch die Lercheschläft im Klee,
Die Amsel in den Zweigen,
Nur aus dem stillen dunkeln See
Die weißen Nebel steigen.

Hör' ich nur fern den Tannenhain
Oder ein Brünnlein rauschen,
Und ich allein, so ganz allein,
In mich versenkt, kann lauschen.
