Sie kommen und flieh'n,
Mag Keiner mir künden,

So zieh' ich ins Leben
Mit fröhlichem Sinn,
Doch frage mich niemand,
Wohin wohl, wohin?

Noch duften die Blüten,
Noch lacht mir das Grün,
Glückauf zu dem Wandern,
Weiß selbst nicht wohin.
