Augenblicke gibt es, zage
Language: German (Deutsch)
Our translations:  CAT FRE NOR
Augenblicke gibt es, zage,
wo so grabesstill die Heide,
wo der Wald den Odem anhält
wie in unnennbarem Leide,

wo die Wasser klanglos rauschen,
Blumenaugen ängstlich starren,
und mir ist, als wär dies Leben
eingeengt in banges Harren,

und als müßt' in diese Stille
nun ein Donnerschlag erklingen
oder tief die Erd' erbeben
oder mir das Herz zerreißen.
